There was a setting in the crossword compiler which was overlooked. This caused the pop up window (which comes on when the crossword is completely filled) to be inconsistent. The oversight has been rectified and now the pop up window will only come on when the answers are all correct.
So, for those who have already submitted their answers, please do so again.
